biography

Lynn was born in East Anglia.  She studied for five years in Edinburgh gaining an MA in Art History and Philosophy from Edinburgh University and a Fine Art Diploma from Edinburgh College of Art.
After graduating she supported herself as an artist by working as a freelance   journalist.  For two years she was Features Editor on 'Vanity Fair' magazine.   She taught Life Drawing and History of Art at Hornsey College of Art and later became a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University and a tutor on the Arts Faculty of the Open University.
Apart from this website, her paintings are in the Government Art Collection and can be seen on their website (www.gac.culture.gov.uk) and on the website of Highgate Fine Art (www.oddyart.com).
